DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM PROVIDES LOANS TO PURCHASERS OF MEADOWVIEW DEED RESTRICTED WORKFORCE CONDOS. THESE LOANS ARE REPAID TO BSCHT WHEN OWNERS RESELL THEIR UNIT. LOANS REMAIN ON THE BOOKS AS RECEIVABLES.
LONG TERM RENTAL PROGRAM -BSCHT SET UP A WEBSITE WHICH LISTS AVAILABLE UNITS AND MATCHES THEM TO SCREENED TENANTS. BSCHT CONVERTED 48 CONDOS TO LONG TERM RENTALS. BSCHT PROVIDES MINOR PROPERTY SERVICES TO MAKE THE LONG TERM RENTAL OPTION ATTRACTIVE TO HOUSING OWNERS, FOR WHICH REVENUE IS RECEIVED.
BSCHT HAS PROMOTED AND COORDINATED THE SALE OF ALL MEADOWVIEW CONDOMINIUM UNITS, HELPING BUYERS GET QUALIFIED AND MOVED IN. BSCHT MANAGES THE COMMUNITY LAND TRUST AND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, FOR WHICH IT RECEIVES REVENUE.
