WHN DEVELOPMENT OWNS AND MANAGES VARIOUS HOUSING CORPORATIONS THAT ASSIST IN DEVELOPING, CONSTRUCTING AND OPERATING HOUSING FACILITIES THROUGH LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS IN WHICH THE HOUSING CORPORATIONS ACT AS A MINORITY INTEREST GENERAL PARTNER.
