THIS CORPORATION HAS BEEN FORMED FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES, TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC INTEREST; TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE AND EDUCATION ON PREVENTING VIOLENCE TO UNDERPRIVILEGES TO THE PUBLIC; TO TRAIN UNDERPRIVILEGES TO PARTICIPATE IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF THEIR OWN LIVES. THE SPECIFIC PROGRAM IS TO RUN A PROGRAM CALLED DRIVE AND CLEAN TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. THE PROGRAM WILL FIRST START AT OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA. IT WILL TRY TO HELP THE HOMELESS PEOPLE TO CLEAN UP THE STREET AND WE GIVE THEM BAGS OF FRESH FRUIT IN RETURN. WE TRY TO ENCOURAGE AND EDUCATE PEOPLE TO CLEAN UP THEIR STREET BY REWARDING THEM. IN ADDITION, THIS CORPORATION IS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSES OF PERFORMING ALL THINGS INCIDENTAL TO, OR APPROPRIATE IN, THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE FOREGOING SPECIFIC AND PRIMARY PURPOSES. HOWEVER, THE CORPORATION SHALL NOT, EXCEPT TO AN INSUBSTANTIAL DEGREE, ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITIES OR EXERCISE ANY POWERS THAT ARE NOT IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS PRIMARY CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
