OUR GOALS ARE TO ANALYZE AND ADVOCATE FOR POLICY PRIORITIES AND TO EDUCATE, ENGAGE, AND MOBILIZE PEOPLE IN ORDER TO BUILD AND DEMONSTRATE PUBLIC WILL TO IMPROVE POLICIES THAT AFFECT THE POCKETBOOKS, QUALITY OF LIFE AND DEMOCRATIC PARTICIPATION OF AVERAGEPENNSYLVANIANS.
