WE DESIRE TO CULTIVATE THE CULTURAL, ARTS, EDUCATIONAL, AND ENTERTAINMENT PASSION OF THE COMMUNITY WHILE HAVING A DIRECT EFFECT ON THE ECONOMIC IMPACT OF DOWNTOWN DOUGLAS AS WELL AS MAKING DOUGLAS/COFFEE COUNTY A MORE ATTRACTIVE LOCATION FOR EMPLOYEES AND INDUSTRIES TO LOCATE.
