AS PART OF THE 501 C 12 ORGANIZATION YORK ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, THE BURRELL FOUNDATION WAS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE DONATIONS, GOODS, AND SERVICES TO HELP IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THOSE IN NEED IN OUR COMMUNITY. TOGETHER WITH THE EMPLOYEES OF YORK ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, THE BURRELL FOUNDATIONS BOARD OF DIRECTORS, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY WILL WORK TO IDENTIFY NEEDS FOR THOSE LESS FORTUNATE IN OUR SERVICE TERRITORY. SHOULD ANOTHER ORGANIZATIONS GOAL FIT THE MISSION OF THE BURRELL FOUNDATION, THE BURRELL FOUNDATIONS BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR COULD VOTE TO PARTNER WITH THE ORGANIZATION FOR A SPECIFIC CAUSE, DONATE FUNDS TO HELP SUPPORT THE CAUSE OF ANOTHER ORGANIZATION, OR PROVIDE GOODS OR SERVICES TO HELP ANOTHER ORGANIZATIONS MISSION.
