THE MISSION OF THE ROTARY CLUB OF COATESVILLE FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS PRIMARILY IN THE COATESVILLE, PENNSYVANIA AREA. FINANCIAL SUPPORT MAY BE PROVIDED TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE COATESVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA AREA AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ROTARY CLUB OF COATESVILLE FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS. THE FOUNDATION HAS ASSUMED THE OPERATION OF THE ANNUAL LOCAL STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL FROM THE BRANDYWINE HEALTH FOUNDATION, COATESVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA. THE FESTIVAL IS HELD ANNUALLY AT THE END OF MAY. IN THE PAST, PROFITS FROM THE EVENT HAVE BEEN DONATED TO LOCAL CHARITIES OR NEEDY ORGANIZATIONS.THE FOUNDATION INTENDS TO CONTINUE THE PRACTICE. UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO COVID, THE FESTIVALS FOR 2020 AND 2021 WERE CANCELLED.

THE FOUNDATION OPERATES THE ANNUAL COMMUNITY STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL. A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF THE SURPLUS IS TO BE CONTRIBUTED TO COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS. DUE TO COVID, THE STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL WAS NOT HELD IN 2020 OR 2021.
