MEMBERS HAIL FROM THE UNITED STATES AND UNITED KINGDOM, WITH SIGNIFICANT NUMBERS ALSO FROM CANADA, EUROPE, LATIN AMERICA, THE MIDDLE EAST, AND ASIA.
