THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF, TO SUPPORT THE FUNCTIONS OF, AND TO ASSIST IN CARRYING OUT THE PURPOSE OF PLYMOUTH CHRISTIAN YOUTH CENTER (PCYC). THE SOURCE OF INCOME IS RENTAL INCOME PAID BY PCYC TO CREHC FOR THE LEASE OF THE ASSETS OF THE CAPRI THEATER. EXPENSES INCLUDE THE INTEREST PAID ON THE NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT LOANS WHICH WERE ENTERED INTO TO FINANCE THE RENOVATION AND EXPANSION OF THE CAPRI THEATER AT BROADWAY AVE AND DEPRECIATION ON THE FIXED ASSETS ASSOCIATED WITH THE RENOVATION AND EXPANSION.
