OUR MISSION IS TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT INSTITUTIONAL COURAGE AND EFFECTIVE ACTION REGARDING SEXUAL MISCONDUCT IN SCHOOLS BY PROVIDING PRACTICES, INSIGHTS AND RESOURCES THAT REDUCE INCIDENTS AND PROMOTE HEALING WHEN INCIDENTS OCCUR.

AFTER COMPLETING OUR FOURTH YEAR, LEARNING COURAGE HAS A TOTAL OF 15 MEMBER SCHOOLS. WE HELD ONE SUCCESSFUL VIRTUAL FUNDRAISING EVENT, DURING WHICH WE RAISED NEARLY $100,000. WE HIRED A FTE TO EXPAND OUR CAPACITY SERVING MEMBERS, AND WE REORGANIZED OUR FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONS STAFF, OUTSOURCING THAT ROLE. WE HAD TWO SUMMER INTERNS, AND WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF AN EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT, WE CREATED A TEMPLATE FOR A 4-YEAR SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL LEARNING CURRICULUM. WE EXPANDED OUR MEMBER SERVICES, INTRODUCING AN ONLINE MEMBER FORUM, FEATURING EXTERNAL PROFESSIONALS TO DISCUSS TIMELY AND RELEVANT TOPICS RELATED TO PREVENTING AND RESPONDING TO SEXUAL MISCONDUCT.
