THE SOUTHEASTERN GREEK LEADERSHIP ASSOCIATION (SGLA) IS A VOLUNTARY ASSOCIATION OF FRATERNITY AND SORORITY GOVERNING COUNCILS LOCATED AT COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES IN THE UNITED STATES. SGLA PROMOTES A POSITIVE LIVING AND LEARNING ENVIRONMENT ON COLLEGE CAMPUSES THROUGH RELATIONSHIPS AMONG INDIVIDUAL FRATERNITY AND SORORITY CHAPTERS AND THEIR GOVERNING COUNCILS CREATING AN EXCHANGE OF IDEAS, PROGRAMS, AND CONCEPTS THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SERVICE-ORIENTED PROGRAMS. SGLA SEEKS TO EXPAND PROGRAMS TO MEET THE CULTURALLY, EDUCATIONALLY, AND PROGRAMATICALLY DIVERSE INSTITUTIONS REPRESENTED IN MEMBERSHIP.

THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF THE MEMBERSHIP, USUALLY IN FEBRUARY, INCLUDES PROGRAMS AND AWARDS IN ELEVEN PROGRAMMATIC AREAS AND A LEADERSHIP ACADEMY. THE CONFERENCE PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBERS TO MARKET TO INDIVIDUAL GOVERNING COUNCILS.


UNDERGRADUATE OFFICERS, FRATERNITY AND SORORITY PROFESSIONALS AND INSTITUTIONAL ADVISORS PROVIDE ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE TO MEMBER COUNCILS.
