WE LEVERAGE OUR FULL SYSTEM OF CHANGE TO CO-CREATE AN ORGANIC TRANSITION PLAN WITH FARMERS AT NO ADDED COST OPEN MARKET OFFTAKE FOR CROPS AND BASE THE PAYBACK ON FARMERS' ABILITY TO SUCCEED WITH A REVENUE SHARE TAILORED TO THE INDIVIDUAL FARM.
