SHIFT ATL HAS PURCHASED A BUILDING IN DOWNTOWN ATLANTIC IOWA TO RESTORE AND TO BE USED FOR A CONFERENCE BUILDING AND A AIR BNB. ALL OF THE EXPENSES HAVE BEEN CAPITALIZED.
SHIFT ATL HAS PURCHASED THE RIGHTS TO THE SUNNYSIDE PUTT PUTT FACILITY TO KEEP THE SERVICE OF THE FACILITY OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY.
