WE CREATE DIGITAL MEDIA THAT PROVIDES A PLATFORM FOR DISABLED PEOPLE TO SHARE THEIR PERSPECTIVES, LEARN ABOUT UP-AND-COMING ORGANIZATIONS AND MOVEMENTS IN THE DISABILITY COMMUNITY, RAISE AWARENESS OF DIFFERENT DISABILITIES, AND MOST OF ALL, CELEBRATE DISABLED PEOPLE IN WAYS THAT ARE TRULY F U N ! ! ! ! !

FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2021, STRATEGY FOR ACCESS FOUNDATION NFP OPERATED THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS:PREPARED SHORT SUBJECTS RELATED TO DAILY PROBLEM-SOLVING ISSUES OF THE DISABILITY COMMUNITYTHESE INCLUDED ISSUES ON SURVIVAL DURING THE PANDEMIC AND INTERSECTIONAL ISSUES THE DISABILITY FACES. PRODUCED VIDEOS OF CHILDRENS BOOKS FOR EARLY ELEMENTARY EDUCATION KIDS WITH DISABILITIES AND THOSE WITH COGNITIVE DISABILITIES. THESE VIDEOS WERE USED TO IMPROVE LITERACY.STRATEGY FOR ACCESS HAS A NEWSLETTER LIST OF 1,500 SUBSCRIBERS. WE ALSO BROADCAST ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND FREE PUBLIC ACCESS TELEVISION IN CHICAGO.
