Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
THE ALLIANCE ADVANCES FUNDS ON BEHALF OF CONSUMERS TO PAY ATTENDANT SALARIES AND PAYROLL TAXES. BY THIS PROCESS THE CONSUMER IS CAPABLE OF REMAINING IN A PRIVATE RESIDENCE. DURING THE YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2022. THE MISSOURI HEALTHNET TITLE XIX REIMBURSED A TOTAL OF $12,715,443 TO COVER THE ADMINISTRATIVE COST INVOLVED IN THE ADVANCES AND TO COMPENSATE FOR THE EXPENSES INCURRED.
VIBURNUM LICENSE OFFICE - THE ALLIANCE, DOING BUSINESS AS VIBURNUM LICENSE OFFICE, LLC, CONTRACTED WITH THE STATE OF MISSOURI TO OPERATE AND MANAGE A LICENSE OFFICE IN VIBURNUM AS PART OF OUR COMMUNITY OUTREACH. ONE OF THE THREE EMPLOYEES INVOLVED IN THIS PROGRAM HAS A DISABILITY.
