THE PTO IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY TO 1) BRING TOGETHER PARENTS, STUDENTS, AND TEACHERS AT HSE HIGH SCHOOL IN ORDER TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE STUDENTS, SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY; 2) ESTABLISH A CLOSE WORKING RELATIONSHIP AMONG THE MEMBERS IN ORDER TO DEVELOP INCREASING INTEREST IN THE STUDENT, HOME, SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY; 3) RAISE FUNDS TO PROVIDE ENRICHMENT FOR THE SCHOOL'S POPULATION AND FACILITIES; 4) KEEP PARENTS AND TEACHERS INFORMED OF ITEMS AND ISSUES DISCUSSED AT MEETINGS AND UNDER CONSIDERATION BY THE PTO.
