COPA BUILDS POWER TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF ALL COLORADANS THROUGH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, ORGANIZING AND ALLIANCE BUILDING. IN 2021 WE WORKED ON DIFFERENT CAMPAIGNS TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF COMMUNITIES OF COLOR, LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES AND IMMIGRANTS. WE WERE ABLE TO GAIN SOME VICTORIES WHEN IT COMES TO AIR QUALITY, WORKER RIGHTS AND THE FULL INTEGRATION OF IMMIGRANTS IN THE ECONOMY. WE CONTINUED TO ENGAGE THOSE MOST IMPACTED IN OUR WORK AND TO ENSURE THAT THEIR STORIES AND LEADERSHIP LEAD OUR WORK.
