COACHED SOCIAL MOVEMENT LEADERS TO REINFORCE VALUES PRACTICE ACROSS SECTARIAN LINES IN LEBANON SO 4603 BLOOD DONORS AND 185 ACTIVE VOLUNTEERS PERSEVERED DESPITE PUBLIC HEALTH CRISES AND ECONOMIC COLLAPSE; WITH LEADERSHIP MENTORING, PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT, AND FISCAL STEWARDSHIP.
