STRENGTHENED 41 COMMUNITY NETWORKS OF 1250 VOLUNTEERS IN LEVANTINE CONFLICT ZONES WHO BEFRIENDED AND EMPLOYED 550 MENTALLY CHALLENGED PERSONS AND SUSTAINED 1554 FOOD INSECURE PEOPLE; WITH LEADERSHIP MENTORING, ENTERPRISE COACHING, FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT, AND OPERATING GRANTS. COACHED SOCIAL MOVEMENT LEADERS TO REINFORCE VALUES PRACTICE ACROSS SECTARIAN LINES IN LEBANON SO 4603 BLOOD DONORS AND 185 ACTIVE VOLUNTEERS PERSEVERED DESPITE PUBLIC HEALTH CRISES AND ECONOMIC COLLAPSE; WITH LEADERSHIP MENTORING, PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT, AND FISCAL STEWARDSHIP.
