THESE GROUPS FOLLOW AN OPEN FORMAT WHERE PARTICIPANTS MAY COME AND GO BASED ON THEIR NEEDS. IN 2021 HEARTLIGHT HAD 1196 SUPPORT GROUP PARTICIPANTS AND OFFERED THE FOLLOWING GROUPS:1.
