LITTLE TREASURES PRESCHOOL, INC. IS A GROWING LEARNING COMMUNITY ACTIVITY THAT OFFERS A NURTURING ENVIRONMENT AND RICH EXPERIENCES FOR ALL CHILDREN, PARENTS AND OTHER COMMUNITY MEMBERS.THE CENTER OPERATES A CHILD CARE-PRESCHOOL FACILITY IN CONEJOS COUNTY, COLORADO, AN ECONOMICALLY DEPRESSED AREA IN SOUTHERN COLORADO. THE CENTER OFFERS PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN ABOVE THE AGE OF THREE TO KINDERGARTEN WITH A FOCUS ON EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND FOSTERS THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE, SOCIALIZATION AND PREPARATION FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL ACTIVITIES. THE CENTER ALSO PROVIDES PARENTS AND GUARDIANS TIME-AWAY FROM YOUNG CHILDREN FOR THE PURPOSE OF SEEKING GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT AND BECOMING SELF-SUFFICIENT MEMBERS OF A CULTURALLY DIVERSE COMMUNITY.ADDITIONALLY, THE CENTER OFFERS EMPLOYMNET OPPORTUNITIES FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATIONAL INSTRUCTORS, TUTORS, ADMINISTRATIVE AND NUTRITIONAL STAFF.
