FACILITATED PUBLIC ENTITIES AND PRIVATE DEVELOPERS WORKING TOGETHER TO EXPAND PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE AND REDUCE DEVELOPMENT COSTS TO BRING MORE AFFORDABLE WORKFORCE HOUSING TO THE COMMUNITY.
