TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR THE COLORADO SPRINGS EMPTY STOCKING FUND (ESF), WHICH CONTRIBUTES TO 20 LOCAL COMMUNITY SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS FOR LOCAL FAMILIES, THE MOMELESS, AND ELDERLY FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES AND AID.
