IMPACT DEVELOPMENT FUND PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO NON-PROFIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS PLANNING TO RENOVATE, ACQUIRE, BUILD AND/OR EXPAND REAL ESTATE. THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED THROUGH WORKSHOPS AND ONE-ON-ONE CONSULTATION.
