THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHER AGENCIES IN THE CITY OF OMAHA TO PROVIDE HOUSING AND OTHER ESSENTIAL SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS AND TO WORK TOWARD THEIR REHABILITATION SO THAT THEY MAY BECOME PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. THE ORGANIZATION MOST RECENTLY FACILITATED THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW HOMELESS SHELTER ON BEHALF OF THE SIENA FRANCIS HOUSE IN OMAHA.

THE ORGANIZATION WAS CONTRACTED BY THE SIENA FRANCIS HOUSE (SFH) TO SERVE AS THE PRINCIPAL REPRESENTATIVE OF SFH RELATING TO THE FUNDRAISING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW HOMELESS SHELTER. AS PLEDGES RECEIVABLE WERE RECORDED FOR THIS PROJECT, AN OFFSETTING CONTRIBUTIONS PAYABLE AND GRANT EXPENSE WERE ALSO RECORDED RELATING TO THE CURRENT AND FUTURE DESIGN CONSTRUCTION COSTS OF THE PROJECT. THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED IN 2021. THE ORGANIZATION NOW PERFORMS ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES FOR THE PROJECT, INCLUDING THE COLLECTION OF PLEDGES RECEIVABLE.
