DENVER EDUCATION ATTAINMENT NETWORK -- A PROJECT OF CNDC THAT INCREASES COLLEGE ATTAINMENT FOR GRADUATES OF DENVER PUBLIC SCHOOLS ON THE AURARIA CAMPUS AND EMILY GRIFFITH TECHNICAL COLLEGE THROUGH A MULTI-SECTOR COLLABORATIVE THAT CONNECTS RESOURCES AND EFFORTS.
BENEFITS IN ACTION -- A PROJECT OF CNDC THAT IMPROVES HEALTH CARE ACCESS AND ECONOMIC SECURITY TO COLORADO'S UNDERSERVED AND MILITARY VETERANS.
HARM REDUCTION ACTION CENTER--A PROJECT OF CNDC THAT WORKS CLOSELY WITH LAWMAKERS, HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS, LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND THE GENERAL COMMUNITY TOWARDS A COMMON VISION OF A HEALTHY AND SAFE COLORADO BY PROVIDING DIRECT SERVICES TO CURB THE SPREAD OF HIV, HEPATITIS C, AND ACCIDENTAL OVERDOSES AMONG PEOPLE WHO INJECT DRUGS.
