THE MHA IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIATION COMPRISED OF MOBILE HOME RESIDENTS LIVING IN BOULDER, COLORADO. THE MHA WORKS TO ENSURE A SUSTAINABLE AND AFFORDABLE FUTURE FOR IT'S RESIDENTS.

THE ORGANIZATION'S MAIN ACTIVITIES ARE TO LEASE THE PARK LAND FROM THISTLE COMMUNITY HOUSING UNDER A 99-YEAR, RENEWABLE LEASE, AND MANAGE THE OPERATIONS OF THE MOBILE HOME PARK AND THE RENTAL OF HOMESITES TO INDIVIDUAL RESIDENT HOME OWNERS. A MINIMUM OF 80% OF THE HOMES ARE DESIGNATED PERMANENTLY AFFORDABLE. THE MHA ALSO EDUCATES AND ADVOCATES FOR MOBILE HOME OWNERS THROUGHOUT THE PARK. MHA ALSO PERIODICALLY DONATES MONEY TO THISTLE (A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION AND THE OWNER OF PARK LAND), SO THAT THEY COULD WORK ON IMPROVING INFRASTRUCTURE AT THE PARK. A TOTAL OF 200 RESIDENTS WERE SERVED BY OUR PROGRAMS IN THE CURRENT YEAR.
