THE ORGANIZATION IS DEDICATED TO THE ACQUISITION, DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF AFFORDABLE RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE. THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUES TO SUPPORT ITS COMPLETED AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROPERTIES, PRESIDENTIAL ARMS, LARA LEA, WILLOW STREET, CANTERBURY APARTMENTS, FOX STREET, ASPEN LEAF, REGAL APARTMENTS AND NINE MILE STATION SENIOR LIVING. THE ORGANIZATION HAS PROVIDED LOANS TO THESE PROPERTIES TO ASSIST WITH THE ACQUISITION AND REHABILITATION OF THE PROPERTY.
