THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 290-UNIT COMMUNITY LOCATED IN BATAVIA, ILLINOIS, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING AND RELATED SERVICES FOR VERY LOW INCOME ELDERLY OR DISABLED PERSONS.
