THE HORSE PROTECTION LEAGUE WORKS TIRELESSLY TO RESCUE, REHABILITATE, AND REHOUSE EQUINES. WE TAKE IN BETWEEN 10 AND 20 ANIMALS IN NEED EACH YEAR AND DRAMATICALLY INCREASE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE THROUGH PROPER DIET MODIFICATION, MEDICATION, AND TRAINING NEEDS. THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY FEELS THE RIPPLE OF OUR DEDICATION TO NURSING ANIMALS TO HEALTH AND NETWORKING TO FIND THEM THE INCREDIBLE LIFELONG HOMES AND FAMILIES THEY DESERVE. WE OFFER AS MANY EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AS WE CAN IN AN EFFORT TO EDUCATE THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY, THEREBY REDUCING THE NUMBER OF HORSES WHO MAY BECOME ABUSED OR NEGLECTED AND IN NEED OF A RESCUE FACILITY.
