THE PROPERTY PROVIDES TRANSITIONAL HOUSING FOR SINGLE-PARENT FAMILIES THAT ARE IN NEED OF A HOME AND OTHER SERVICES, SUCH AS COUNSELING, CASE MANAGEMENT, EDUCATION AND LIFE-SKILLS TRAINING FOR A MAXIMUM OF TWO YEARS.
