COLORADO COUNCIL AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS TO ASSIST RECIPIENTS WITH THEIR COLLEGE TUITION AND FEES AT A COLORADO COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY. SCHOLARSHIPS ARE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS. DURING THE CURRENT YEAR ALL SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED WERE UNDER 3000 EACH
