THE ASSOCIATION WAS ESTABLISHED ON APRIL 20, 1973 AND WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE TO ITS MEMBER SERVICE, LOCATED IN FREMONT AND CUSTER, COLORADO COUNTIES, INFORMATION, AND GUIDANCE FOR THE SUCCESSFUL PURSUIT OF A CAREER IN REAL ESTATE. THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES SUCH SERVICES AS A MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE, EDUCATION, CODE OF ETHICS, DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND SOCIAL INTERACTION. THE ASSOCIATION ALSO PROVIDES DIRECTION TO THE COMMUNITY FOR THE PROTECTION OF PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS.
