WE PROTECT BUYERS AND SELLERS PROPERTY RIGHTSTHE MULTIPLE LISING SERVICE IS A DATABASE THAT IS USED BY THE REALTOR MEMBERS/PROFESSIONALS/BROKERS TO SHARE INFORMATION ABOUT PROPERTIES THAT ARE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC FOR SALE. THE DATABASE ALLOWS THE REAL ESTATE BROKERS TO ACCESS AND SEARCH FOR LISTINGS TO MEET THEIR CLIENTS NEEDS OR CRITERIA AND TO HELP THEM FIND A SUITABLE PROPERTY. IT ALLOWS THEM TO SHARE DATA AND TO COOPERATE WITH EACH OTHER SO THE TRANSACTION IS SMOOTH. IT BENEFITS THE BUYERS AN SELLERS BY PROVIDING INFORMATION ABOUT PROPERTY THAT IS AVAILABLE. CLASSES COVER MARKET TRENDS, NEGOTIATION STRATEGIES, UNDERSTANDING CONTRACTS, FINANCING, UNDERSTANDING LEGAL OBLIGATIONS.
