PRODUCTION OF THE ANNALS OF ALLERGY, ASTHMA & IMMUNOLOGY, WHICH IS THE OFFICIAL JOURNAL OF THE COLLEGE. TOTAL MEMBER SUBSCRIPTIONS APPROXIMATED 3,588.
THE COLLEGE SPONSORS AN ANNUAL CONVENTION. THE PURPOSE OF THE CONVENTION WAS EDUCATIONAL IN NATURE AND WORKSHOPS AND SESSIONS WERE GIVEN TO ENABLE PARTICIPANTS TO LEARN THE LATEST DEVELOPMENTS IN THE FIELD OF ALLERGY, ASTHMA AND IMMUNOLOGY. APPROXIMATELY 1,285 PARTICIPANTS, INCLUDING 849 PHYSICIANS ATTENDED THE 2021 CONVENTION WHICH WAS HELD VIRTUALLY.
THE COLLEGE SPONSORS NATIONWIDE ASTHMA SCREENING PROGRAMS. ALLERGISTS CONDUCT THE FREE SCREENINGS FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN AT MORE THAN 200 SITES ACROSS THE COUNTRY. MOST SCREENINGS TAKE PLACE IN MAY, WHICH IS NATIONAL ASTHMA AND ALLERGY AWARENESS MONTH.
