OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A WATER IRRIGATION SYSTEM TO SERVE THE IRRIGATION NEEDS OF THE ORGANIZATION'S MEMBERS. THIS INCLUDES DELIVERY OF THE WATER IN AN EFFICIENT, TIMELY, AND COST EFFECTIVE MANNER. THE ORGANIZATION IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCURATELY TRACKING WATER MEASUREMENT AND MAINTAINING AND OPERATING THE EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES TO PERFORM ALL OF THE ORGANIZATION'S DUTIES.
