FRATERNAL ORGANIZATION - PURPOSE TO SERVE VETERANS, YOUTH, THE COMMUNITY, AND OTHERS.

ELKS CHRISTMAS BASKET PROGRAM - THE LODGE PROVIDED FOOD AND TOYS TO APPROXIMATELY 150 FAMILIES DURING THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY.


ELKS NATIONAL FOUNDATION/GRANTS - THE LODGE RECIEVES GRANTS FROM THE ELKS NATIONAL FOUNDATION WHICH WE THEN USE TO FURTHER COMMUNITY PROJECTS IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY. THIS YEAR WE HOSTED AN OUTDOOR MOUNTAIN BIKE EXCURSION FOR AREA VETERANS, A COMMUNITY BABY SHOWER WITH RESOURCES FOR EXPECTANT FAMILIES, A PROM FOR DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED COMMUNITY MEMBERS, AND PROVIDED COATS TO BOTH THE PRESCHOOL AND THE LOCAL HOMELESS SHELTERS. OUR MEMBERS ALSO DONATE TO THE ELKS NATIONAL FOUNDATION THROUGH THE LODGE WHICH PROVIDES FOR SIMILAR COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY.


YOUTH ACTIVITIES/SCHOLARSHIPS - THE LODGE RAISES MONEY FOR VARIOUS YOUTH EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR INCLUDING GRANTS FROM THE STATE ELKS ASSOCIATION WHICH WE USE TO HELP CHILDREN WHO IN NEED WITH SCHOOL SUPPLIES, CLOTHES, AND NECESSITIES AS WELL AS SUPPORING OUR LOCAL HOOP SHOOT AND SCOUTING PROGRAMS. THE LODGE ALSO PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS TO GRADUATING SENIORS IN THE COMMUNITY.
