ONE IN TECH, AN ISACA FOUNDATION ("OIT") PROVIDES WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT THROUGH ITS PROGRAMS, PARTNERSHIPS, SCHOLARSHIPS, AND GRANTMAKING FOR THE UNDER-REPRESENTED, TO BUILD A MORE DIVERSE, INCLUSIVE CYBER INDUSTRY.

ONE IN TECH, AN ISACA FOUNDATION CELEBRATES THE MANY ACHIEVEMENTS IN OUR WORK TO ADDRESS THE CYBER WORKFORCE GAP BY BUILDING DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION INTO CAREER PIPELINES. HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: * PROVIDED 134 ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS AROUND THE WORLD ENABLING THEM TO BEGIN AND CONTINUE THEIR EDUCATION IN CYBER SKILLS. * PAID OUT NEARLY $450,000 IN SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS * CONNECTED THESE 134 AWARDEES WITH MENTORING, CYBER CLASSES, NETWORKING, AND A PIPELINE INTO CAREERS * COLLABORATED WITH OVER 75 CHAPTERS, CORPORATIONS, AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS FOR EXPANDED GLOBAL IMPACT * SERVED PEOPLE IN OVER 85 COUNTRIES WITH RESOURCES, ACTIVITIES, AND CAREER PIPELINES.


SHELEADSTECH CONTINUES TO CREATE PATHWAYS FOR WOMEN TO ADVANCE IN DIGITAL TRUST AND RESOURCE THEIR DEVELOPMENT WITH TECHNICAL PROGRAMMING, PROFESSIONAL SKILL BUILDING, AND A COMMUNITY OF OTHER WOMEN AND ALLIES IN THE INDUSTRY. ONE IN TECH'S COLLABORATION WITH ISACA TO PROVIDE GLOBAL MENTORING AND OUR MULTIPLE NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES FUELED CONNECTIONS TO SUPPORT WOMEN IN ADVANCING CAREERS. WE CONNECTED WOMEN TO CERTIFICATION SEEKERS AND INSTRUCTORS, POTENTIAL SPONSORS AND COACHES, AND A MYRIAD OF OTHER TOOLS AND TIPS DESIGNED TO CREATE GENDER BALANCE IN THE INDUSTRY. IN ADDITION, OIT SHELEADSTECH: * AWARDED 70 PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SCHOLARSHIPS TO WOMEN TO BUILD AND ADVANCE THEIR CAREERS * ENGAGED OVER 8,500 WOMEN THROUGH SHELEADSTECH ACTIVITIES, RESOURCES, AND EVENTS * OFFERED A ROBUST SHELEADSTECH TOOLKIT WITH EDUCATIONAL AND ACTION-ORIENTED MODULES TO ISACA CHAPTERS FOR GLOBAL DISSEMINATION * HELD OVER 150 EVENTS UNDER THE SHELEADSTECH BANNER * JOINED FORCES WITH ISACA'S MENTORSHIP PROGRAM TO OFFER 100 WOMEN MENTORING RELATIONSHIPS * SECURED AND ACTIVATED NEARLY 200 SHELEADSTECH AMBASSADORS WHO ADVOCATE AND SUPPORT GENDER-DIVERSITY IN THE CYBER WORLD.


ONE IN TECH AND ISACA ARE ALWAYS LEARNING. OUR MULTIPLE CAREER PANELS AND CONFERENCE SESSIONS ON ALLYSHIP AND DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION ("DEI") IN ACTION SERVED NEARLY 4,000 PARTICIPANTS AND HAVE ALLOWED US TO SHARE VALUABLE LESSONS ON INCLUSION AND EQUITY. OUR EFFORTS ARE HELPING THE TECH INDUSTRY - AND THE PROFESSIONALS WE SERVE - EVOLVE.
