ONE IN TECH, AN ISACA FOUNDATION CELEBRATES THE MANY ACHIEVEMENTS IN OUR WORK TO ADDRESS THE CYBER WORKFORCE GAP BY BUILDING DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION INTO CAREER PIPELINES. HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: * PROVIDED 134 ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS AROUND THE WORLD ENABLING THEM TO BEGIN AND CONTINUE THEIR EDUCATION IN CYBER SKILLS. * PAID OUT NEARLY $450,000 IN SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS * CONNECTED THESE 134 AWARDEES WITH MENTORING, CYBER CLASSES, NETWORKING, AND A PIPELINE INTO CAREERS * COLLABORATED WITH OVER 75 CHAPTERS, CORPORATIONS, AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS FOR EXPANDED GLOBAL IMPACT * SERVED PEOPLE IN OVER 85 COUNTRIES WITH RESOURCES, ACTIVITIES, AND CAREER PIPELINES.
SHELEADSTECH CONTINUES TO CREATE PATHWAYS FOR WOMEN TO ADVANCE IN DIGITAL TRUST AND RESOURCE THEIR DEVELOPMENT WITH TECHNICAL PROGRAMMING, PROFESSIONAL SKILL BUILDING, AND A COMMUNITY OF OTHER WOMEN AND ALLIES IN THE INDUSTRY. ONE IN TECH'S COLLABORATION WITH ISACA TO PROVIDE GLOBAL MENTORING AND OUR MULTIPLE NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES FUELED CONNECTIONS TO SUPPORT WOMEN IN ADVANCING CAREERS. WE CONNECTED WOMEN TO CERTIFICATION SEEKERS AND INSTRUCTORS, POTENTIAL SPONSORS AND COACHES, AND A MYRIAD OF OTHER TOOLS AND TIPS DESIGNED TO CREATE GENDER BALANCE IN THE INDUSTRY.
