LEVERAGING ITS MODEL AND FRAMEWORK, GROUNDED IN EXISTING RESEARCH AND THEORY, 'ME TOO.' THE SURVIVOR HEALING SERIES WAS CREATED IN 2021 AS A RESPONSE TO THE GLOBAL COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND ITS EXPONENTIAL IMPACT ON SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE. LED BY HEALING AND CULTURAL PRACTITIONERS, THE SERIES REACHED OVER 28K SURVIVORS AROUND THE GLOBE. DURING APRIL, SEXUAL ASSAULT AWARENESS MONTH, A DISRUPT RAPE CULTURE CAMPAIGN BROUGHT NEW AUDIENCES TO THE MOVEMENT TO END SEXUAL VIOLENCE, THROUGH EDUCATION AND NARRATIVE CHANGE COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIES AND CONTENT.AN HBCU FELLOWSHIP WAS PILOTED IN 2021 TO INCUBATE CAMPUS SURVIVOR PROGRAMMING WITH THE INTENTION OF CULTIVATING A FOUNDATION FOR LONGER-TERM SURVIVOR-LED ORGANIZING ON CAMPUS.THROUGH SURVIVOR LEADERSHIP TRAINING, EMERGING SURVIVOR LEADERS LEARNED TANGIBLE ORGANIZING SKILLS AND FOUNDATIONAL KNOWLEDGE TO PROMOTE HEALING AND ACTION IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.
