THEY LISTEN TO KEY STAKEHOLDERS IN A LOCAL COMMUNITY INCLUDING VULNERABLE COMMUNITY MEMBERS, LEADERSHIP FROM VARIOUS SECTORS AND LOCAL PASTORS. FLOURISHING CATALYSTS DISCOVER THE STRENGTHS, ASSETS, DREAMS, CHALLENGES AND PAIN POINTS THAT EXIST IN THAT COMMUNITY. 2.FLOURISHING CATALYST SEEK TO HELP HARMONIZE EXISTING EFFORTS (BETWEEN LOCAL LEADERS AND PASTORS) AND STRATEGIZE WITH PASTORS REGARDING HOW THEY CAN BUILD ON CURRENT EFFORTS TOWARDS CREATING SCALED IMPACT. 3.ONCE STRATEGIC GOALS ARE AGREED UPON, THE FC MOBILIZES CHURCHES TOGETHER, WITH OTHER COMMUNITY PARTNER TOWARDS THOSE GOALS. THE INITIATIVES THEY PURSUE ARE CONTEXTUALLY DERIVED AS THEY UNDERSTAND THE PRIMARY CHALLENGES YOUNG PEOPLE IN A PARTICULAR COMMUNITY ARE FACING. (IE. EDUCATION, NEED FOR MENTORS, HOUSING, HUNGER, TRANSPORTATION, JOBS, IMMIGRATION STATUS, ETC.).
