SHALOM PROPERTIES PURCHASED THE UNITARIAN CHURCH LOCATED AT 1508 MARKET STREET IN 2019 IN EFFORTS TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL HOUSING IN THE HARRISBURG COMMUNITY. THE SHALOM PROPERTIES SITE IS THE HOME OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES FOR SHALOM HOUSE AND THE SHALOM TRANSFORMATION CENTER. IN THE NEAR FUTURE THE SITE WILL INCLUDE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING FOR WOMEN.
