IN OCTOBER 2020, THE CHARLES SCHWAB CORPORATION ("CHARLES SCHWAB") ACQUIRED TD AMERITRADE. CHARLES SCHWAB HAS AN ESTABLISHED AND FULLY OPERATIONAL DONOR ADVISED FUND. IN MARCH 2021, THE CORPORATION'S DIRECTORS AUTHORIZED DISSOLUTION. ON MARCH 8, 2021, THE CORPORATION WAS DISSOLVED, HAVING NEVER GONE OPERATIONAL.
