TO PROVIDE COMPETENT AND TRANSPARENT ADOPTION SERVICES WHICH MEET THE UNMET NEEDS OF BIRTH PARENTS WE SERVE, WHILE REDUCING THE FINANCIAL RISKS TO THE POTENTIAL ADOPTIVE PARENTS.

2023 MARKED A YEAR OF IMMENSE GROWTH AND SIGNIFICANT MILESTONES FOR COURAGEOUS HEARTS ADOPTIONS (CHA). IN NOVEMBER, THE ORGANIZATION CELEBRATED ITS 4TH ANNIVERSARY AS AN INDIANA-LICENSED ADOPTION AGENCY. ADDITIONALLY, ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERS LAUNCHED EFFORTS TO PURSUE LICENSURE IN ARIZONA. CHA FINISHED THE YEAR BY MATCHING 24 BIRTHMOTHERS WITH PROSPECTIVE PARENTS AND SUCCESSFULLY PLACING 16 CHILDREN WITH NEW FAMILIES, MARKING A 171% INCREASE COMPARED TO 2022. DESPITE THESE SUCCESSES, CHA ALSO ASSISTED FOUR PROSPECTIVE FAMILIES THROUGH THE TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS OF A DISSOLVED ADOPTION. THROUGH THESE EXPERIENCES, CHA'S LEADERS LAUNCHED THE COURAGEOUS CHOICE RELIEF FUND, A FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM DESIGNED TO EMPOWER FAMILIES WHO EXPERIENCE A DISSOLVED ADOPTION WITH THE RESOURCES TO CONTINUE PURSUING THEIR DREAM OF BUILDING A FAMILY.
