THE ACADEMY OF ADOPTION AND ASSISTED REPRODUCTION ATTORNEYS (AAAA) IS A CREDENTIALED ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO THE COMPETENT AND ETHICAL PRACTICE OF ADOPTION AND ASSISTED REPRODUCTION LAW. IT ADVOCATES FOR LAWS AND POLICIES TO PROTECT THE BEST INTERESTS OF CHILDREN, THE LEGAL STATUS OF FAMILIES FORMED THROUGH ADOPTION AND ASSISTED REPRODUCTION, AND THE RIGHTS OF ALL INTERESTED PARTIES.

AAAA IS A CREDENTIALED, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION OF ATTORNEYS, JUDGES AND LAW PROFESSORS, ALL OF WHOM ARE DISTINGUISHED IN THE LEGAL FIELDS OF ADOPTION AND ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY. OUR FELLOWS ARE A HIGHLY VETTED, EXPERIENCED GROUP, COMMITTED TO THE ETHICAL PRACTICE OF ADOPTION AND ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY LAW, WHOSE MISSION IS THE PROTECTION OF AND SUPPORT OF THE RIGHTS OF ALL FAMILIES, AND TO ENSURE APPROPRIATE CONSIDERATION OF ALL PARTIES' INTERESTS, INCLUDING CHILDREN, AND THE LEGAL SECURITY OF PARENTAL RIGHTS IN ADOPTION AND ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY MATTERS.
