FELLOWS PROGRAM - WE PROVIDE A NINE-MONTH FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM EACH YEAR FOR FELLOWS FROM THE INDIANAPOLIS COMMUNITY TO HELP THEM SEE THAT THEIR WORK IS MEANINGFUL. THE PROGRAM IS FOCUSED ON THE FOLLOWING KEY AREAS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND CIVIC ENGAGEMENT: THEOLOGICALLY ROOTED, COMMUNITY FOCUSED, RELATIONALLY CONNECTED, PERSONALLY FORMATIVE, CULTURALLY RELEVANT.
