CONSULTING SERVICES PROVIDE A WAY TO EXPLORE WAYS TO GROW IN CROSS-CULTURAL COMPETENCY THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ONE-ON-ONE CONVERSATIONS. ICCM ALSO OFFERS LARGER GROUP CONSULTATIONS OR CONSULTING PROJECTS FOR TARGETED SPECIFIC PROGRAMS. SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS ON A VARIETY OF TOPICS INCLUDING RACIAL RECONCILIATION THEOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR CROSS-CULTURAL MINISTRY AND CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE.
ICCM ADMINISTERS IDI ASSESSMENTS WHICH MEASURE INTERCULTURAL COMPETENCE. AFTER THE ASSESSMENT ICCM STAFF DEBRIEF THE RESULTS AND PROVIDE CONSULTATION AROUND GROWTH AREAS IN INTERCULTURAL COMPETENCE RACIAL EQUITY AND COMMUNITY BUILDING FOR OUR CLIENTS.
