HEALTH & NUTRITION: OUR HEALTH AND WELLNESS UNIT FOCUSES ON BUILDING SKILLS THAT CAN BE BOTH USED FOR EMPLOYMENT AS WELL AS AT HOME. WE PREPARE LUNCH EACH DAY FROM SCRATCH SO THAT OUR MEMBERS CAN LEARN HOW TO HANDLE AND PREPARE FRESH FOODS.
