ENTITY HOSTS AN ANNUAL JUNIOR LIVESTOCK SHOW KNOWN AS THE BI-COUNTY LIVESTOCK SHOW IN DALHART, TEXAS. THE LIVESTOCK SHOW FEATURES VARIOUS LIVESTOCK BREEDS SHOWN BY STUDENTS FROM DALLAM & HARTLEY COUNTIES, TEXAS. THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO ALL CORPORATE SPONSORS AND INDIVIDUALS WHO WOULD LIKE TO PURHCASE A TICKET. THE CHARITY WILL FUND THE FUNDRAISER THROUGH CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS AND INDIVIDUAL TICKET PURCHASES. THE LIVESTOCK SHOW ALSO INCLUDES A LIVESTOCK SALE. THE SALE ALLOWS EACH PARTICIPANT TO SELL ONE ANIMAL PER YEAR. THE PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE ARE COLLECTED AND DISPERSED ACCORDING TO THEIR HIGH BID, OF WHICH THE CHARITY RETAINS A 2% SELLER'S PREMIUM TO COVER THE OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE SALE. ALL REMAINING SPONSORSHIP MONEY NOT NEEDED TO FUND THE EVENT, ALONG WITH MONEY RAISED AT THE SALE, GO TOWARDS THE CHARITY'S SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM, WHICH WILL AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS TO AT LEAST 4 APPLICANTS.
