OTHER ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE THE CATTLE INDUSTRY AND ASSOCIATION. THIS INCLUDES A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY PRAIRIE BEEF SOLUTIONS LLC (PBS) AN ORGANIZATION FORMED TO PROVIDE THE MEMBERSHIP A MORE DIRECT MEANS OF REACHING THE MARKET WITH THEIR PROCESSED BEEF THROUGH THE DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS PBS HAS ESTABLISHED.
