MEMBERS SHARE A COMMON COMMITMENT TO RESPONSIBLE AND RESPONSIVE GOVERNMENT, ETHICAL BEHAVIOR IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST,AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO ENHANCE THEIR ABILITIES TO EFFECTIVELY SERVE THEIR COMMUNITIES AND THEIR CITIZENS.
