PROVIDE HOUSING SOLUTIONS TO US MILITARY VETERANS AND FAMILIES IN NEED THROUGH ADA, SAFETY, AND ENERGY SAVING MODIFICATIONS. CREATE HOUSING FOR LOW TO MODERATE INCOME HOMELESS VETERANS. ASSIST VETERAN ORGANIZATIONS.

HEARTH HOME THIS PROGRAM NOT ONLY HELPS VETERANS MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THEIR RESIDENCES THROUGH HOME IMPROVEMENTS, RENOVATIONS AND ADA REQUIREMENTS, BUT ALSO ASSISTS IN PLACING HOMELESS VETERANS IN HOUSING. FURNISHINGS ARE PROVIDED WHERE NECESSARY. GUIDANCE IS PROVIDED TO THE VETERAN TO UTILIZE RESOURCES WHICH HELP THEM IMPROVE THEMSELVES. WE DONT BELIEVE IN ENABLING... WE CONNECT THEM TO NECESSARY RESOURCES AND OFFER THIS INCENTIVE TO HELP THEM SUCCEED. THIS PROGRAM ALSO BENEFITS THE NEIGHBORHOODS BY ELIMINATING BLIGHT FROM THE COMMUNITY.
AGING IN PLACE THIS PROGRAM ASSISTS AGING VETERAN WHO ARE UNABLE OR CANNOT AFFORD THE IMPROVEMENTS, MODIFICATIONS, AND RENOVATION NECESSARY FOR THEM TO REMAIN IN THEIR HOMES. RIDE WITH VALOR PLACES ADA GRAB BARS THROUGHOUT THE HOME AND MAKES THE BATHROOM COMPLETELY ADA ACCESSABLE. THE BATHTUB OFTEN IS REPLACED WITH A WALK-IN SHOWER, CUSTOM TILE, ADA TOILET, AND VANITY WALLS PATCHED AND REPAINTED LIGHT FIXTURES, TOWEL BARS, AND NEW FLOORING INSTALLED. THIS PROGRAM HELPS OUR AGING AND DISABLED VETERANS AS WELL AS THEIR WIDOWS TO REGAIN THEIR INDEPENDENCE. THESE MODIFICATIONS MAY BE THE DIFFERENCE WHICH KEEPS THEM IN THEIR OWN HOME AND OUT OF NURSING FACILITIES.
WINGS OF VALOR THIS PROGRAM HELPS PROVIDE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO DISABLED VETERANS. WE ALSO HAVE A WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE VAN. BY APPOINTMENT WE ALSO TAKE DISABLED VETERANS TO AND FROM ESSENTIAL APPOINTMENTS. BOTH PRIVATE AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION NEEDS ARE ADDRESSED TO ASSIST THE VETERAN MAINTAIN A HEALTHY, ACTIVE, AND MOBILE LIFESTYLE.
